Thefts

• Lawrence Police Department reported Saturday that $970 in valuables were taken from a vehicle. The car belonged to a 24-year-old man who lives at 5000 Clinton Parkway. A carry-on bag, make-up kit, sunglasses and digital camera were taken from the vehicle. Also, $200 worth of damage was found on the driver’s side door handle.

• Damage to two windows was reported at 431 Graystone Drive on Thursday morning. Damage was estimated at $1,500.

• A flat-screen television worth $1,000 was reported stolen Wednesday at the Virginia Inn, 2903 W. Sixth St.

• About $2,300 worth of damage was done to a vehicle at 3102 Iowa. A 38-year-old woman reported that her 2006 Honda Pilot was keyed and the front and rear passenger tires were slashed.
