Lawrence Meals on Wheels needs volunteers for once-a-week routes and substitute positions.

Immediate needs
¢ Watkins Community Museum of History needs 50 volunteers to assist with the Watkins Museum Run for History on Saturday.
This is a benefit 10K and 5K run/walk for the museum. Volunteers will need to arrive at their stations by 6:45 a.m. and have cell phones available.

¢ Clinton Lake U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is looking for volunteers interested in one-time or ongoing tasks such as litter pickup, painting jobs, weeding/mulching of decorative plantings, trail maintenance and other tasks as needed.

¢ The Youth Volunteer Council is looking for young people ages 11 to 18 to join the volunteer organization. The YVC does volunteer projects two to three times a month.
