The Douglas County Dental Clinic will conduct a continuing-education event in conjunction with a charity golf tournament Friday at Alvamar.

Dr. Charles Dunlap, chairman of the Oral Pathology, Medicine and Radiology Department at UMKC School of Dentistry, will present two hours of continuing education for dental professionals before the golf tournament. His presentation, “Oral Signs of Systemic Disease with the Boring Stuff Left Out!” will begin at 10 a.m.

The tournament begins at 1 p.m.
