Portland, Ore. ? Two Portland State basketball players have been detained in Mexico after an incident in Cabo San Lucas, according to the university. The Oregonian newspaper reported on its Web site that guard Jeremiah Dominguez and center Scott Morrison were arrested outside a nightclub Sunday. Dominguez and Morrison played on the Vikings team that lost to Kansas in a first-round NCAA Tournament game.
