LAMONI, IOWA ? Fresh off a satisfying victory over Benedictine, Baker University’s football team will step right back into the frying pan today.

The Wildcats will meet Graceland College, ranked No. 16 in this week’s NAIA poll, in another Heart of America College Conference game. Kickoff will be 2 p.m. at Huntsman Field.

Baker (2-2 overall, 2-1 in the HAAC) is coming off a 25-20 victory over Benedictine for its first home victory over the Ravens since 1998.

“Our win Saturday was a big confidence-booster,” Baker coach Mike Grossner said. “We were coming off a bad performance against a very good Lindenwood team, and we knew this was a big early-season football game we had to win at home.”
