The president of the Louisiana firm chosen to lead a downtown Lawrence redevelopment project said he would be in Lawrence within a week negotiating an agreement with local officials. Tom Davidson, president of Sizeler Realty of Kenner, La., said he would travel to Lawrence after receiving official notification of the firm’s selection by the city.
