Fort Riley ? Army officials said Monday that a specialist from California has died in Iraq.

Killed was Frank L. Cady III, 20, of Sacramento. Fort Riley officials say Cady died Oct. 10 in a vehicle rollover in Baghdad.

Cady was assigned to the 4th Special Troops Battalion of the 4th Brigade, 1st Infantry Division. He joined the Army in August 2005 and began serving with the 1st Infantry Division in March 2006. This was his first deployment.

To date, 136 Fort Riley soldiers and airmen have been killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
