Spears gets visitation; court won’t reverse order

Los Angeles – A court commissioner ruled Wednesday that Britney Spears can have visits with her two sons but did not reverse an order giving temporary custody to Kevin Federline, the pop star’s ex-husband, his attorney said.

Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon was expected to issue an order later in the day detailing the visitation rights, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said.

Federline attended the hearing but Spears did not. Her attorney, Sorrell Trope, did not speak to reporters.

Court spokesman Allan Parachini indicated Spears would be allowed monitored visits every other day.

Federline, 29, and Spears, 25, were ordered back to court Oct. 26 for another hearing.

Aniston top-selling face on celeb magazines

New York – People can’t get enough of Jennifer Aniston. Neither can Us Weekly, Star or other popular celebrity magazines.

Aniston sits atop Forbes.com’s first-ever analysis of top-selling famous faces, based on several factors, including newsstand sales of celebrity weeklies People, Us Weekly, In Touch Weekly, Life & Style, OK! and Star over a six-month period ending June 30, as supplied by the Audit Bureau of Circulations.

The 38-year-old actress graced six covers – appearing on every magazine except In Touch Weekly at least once during the time period – with her face collectively selling more than 5 million copies, the Web site said Tuesday.

Aniston’s ex-husband, Brad Pitt, takes second place on the list, followed by Scarlett Johansson, Angelina Jolie, Reese Witherspoon, Katie Holmes, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, Valerie Bertinelli and Kelly Ripa.

Britney Spears isn’t on the list even though the 25-year-old pop star snagged 18 single covers during the six-month period. Spears’ face fails when it comes to sales, Forbes.com said, and she is only slightly more likable than Paris Hilton.

Also missing from the list: Lindsay Lohan and Jessica Simpson.

Stamos ready to be a father, wants to adopt

New York – John Stamos played Uncle Jesse on the ’80s sitcom “Full House.” Now he wants to be a father.

“If I don’t have kids soon, I am going to adopt,” the 44-year-old actor tells OK! magazine in its latest issue, on newsstands Friday. “Even if I do have kids, I think I will (adopt). I always thought to myself that I would be a better father later on in life.”

Stamos and Rebecca Romijn divorced in 2005, nearly a year after they announced they were separating after five years of marriage. Romijn, 34, married Jerry O’Connell in July.

“Right after I got divorced or separated, I was like, ‘I’ve got to find somebody,'” Stamos says. “Then I went through a phase where I hated dating. Now I’m kind of embracing it.”

Of his marriage to Romijn, Stamos says: “It burned really bright, and I kind of knew it was going to burn out at some point. But it was a great ride and I don’t regret one minute of it.”

Kid Rock: Anderson lied about miscarriage

New York – Kid Rock claims Pamela Anderson lied about a miscarriage during their brief marriage last year.

Anderson lied while they were arguing about visiting her on the set of a movie in Canada, the 36-year-old rapper alleges in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine.

“She’s in Vancouver shooting a movie and I have Lakers seats on the floor, and I’m gonna go to the Lakers (basketball) game with my friend Jesse James,” the 36-year-old rapper says.

“I’m like, ‘Baby, I got these tickets. I’ll see you on the weekend there,’ and that leads into her saying, ‘You don’t care about me, blah blah blah,'” Rock says. “She finally comes up with this: ‘I just had a miscarriage’ … and hangs the phone up.”

Rock, claiming he was unaware that Anderson was pregnant, says he chartered a plane and flew to Vancouver. “When I get there, she’s partying at this restaurant, drinking champagne, jumping on the tables. I’m thinking, ‘That’s a quick recovery from a miscarriage.'”

Bonaduce investigated in battery case

Los Angeles – Former “Survivor” contestant Jonny Fairplay filed a police report Wednesday, alleging that Danny Bonaduce threw him and knocked out his teeth during an awards show.

The battery report was taken by police shortly before 2 a.m. at a Hollywood hospital where Fairplay was treated and released, Officer April Harding said.

“He had one tooth broken, another tooth missing from his gum line and two other teeth that were loose,” she said.

The report, which listed Fairplay under his birth name of Jon Dalton, 33, said the reality show contestant was at an awards event when Bonaduce walked onto the stage without invitation and made a “derogatory statement” to Fairplay, Harding said.

“Dalton said he went to hug him and then when he did that, Bonaduce … threw him over his shoulder … and Dalton fell to the ground,” Harding said.

Fairplay, a wrestler and reality show contestant, came in third on the 2003 CBS show “Survivor: Pearl Islands” but was roundly condemned by viewers for concocting a lie that his grandmother was dead to win sympathy from competitors.

Bonaduce, the center of the 2005 reality show “Breaking Bonaduce” that detailed his efforts to repair his marriage and recover from alcohol and other problems, most recently has been co-hosting Adam Carolla’s radio show.

The incident took place during the Fox Reality Really Channel awards, which were being held at a nightclub on Sunset Boulevard. (They air 9 p.m. Oct. 13.) A videotape that aired on TMZ.com showed some audience members booing Fairplay, who was on stage as a presenter.
