Chicago markets

Agriculture futures gave a mixed performance Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for March delivery rose 10 cents to $8.69; December corn dropped 3.37 cents to $3.8350; March oats fell 1 cent to $2.84; January soybeans rose 1.50 cents to $10.9800. Beef futures and pork futures declined on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle fell 0.43 cent to 94.57 cents; January feeder cattle lost 0.50 cent to $1.0907; December lean hogs dropped 0.10 cent to 54.77 cents; February pork bellies gave up 0.27 cent to 91.2 cents.
