Law enforcement report

¢ Lawrence police began investigating a report of a sexual battery that allegedly took place at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday in central Lawrence. A 47-year-old woman alleged that a 25-year-old man grabbed her inappropriately.

¢ A 24-year-old Lawrence woman reported that two men yelled threatening remarks to her about 3:15 on March 7 at the Fox Run Apartments at 4500 Overland Drive. Lawrence police are investigating and making property checks at the victim’s request.

¢ A windshield, two windows and the trunk of a 2003 Acura were reportedly smashed at 2 a.m. Thursday in the 1900 block of West 31st Street. The damage was estimated at $2,000.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 2003 Honda CBR600 motorcycle was reported stolen at 11:45 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Indiana Street. The motorcycle was valued at $10,000.

¢ A tool set and accompanying equipment were reported stolen at 11:43 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Florida Street. The tool set and the rest of the equipment was valued at $1,067.

¢ A 1995 Nissan was broken into and possessions inside, including an iPod, were reported stolen at 1:58 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of West 24th Street. Damage and loss were valued at $2,270.
