Law enforcement report

¢ A 35-year-old Lawrence woman was arrested Sunday and charged with domestic battery, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal damage to property and driving while intoxicated. The woman was booked into jail Sunday night and denied bail on the first two charges.

¢ Lecompton Township Fire Department on Sunday afternoon responded to a grass fire in the 700 section of North 1850 Road.

¢ Kanawaka Township Fire Department on Sunday afternoon responded to a controlled burn that went out of control in a wooded area in the 600 section of North 1550 Road.
