Museum sponsors family program
Families and children of all ages can enjoy stories about county fairs, then play old-fashioned games, at “F is for Fair,” a program by Watkins Community Museum of History.
The event will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the museum, 1047 Mass. Admission is free, and more information can be obtained by calling 841-4109.
The Watkins Community Museum of History is operated by the Douglas County Historical Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the collection, preservation and dissemination of Douglas County history.
