Join “Jayni’s Kitchen” this week for “A Tour and Taste of Pachamama’s Restaurant and Bar,” with chef and owner Ken Baker.

Host Jayni Carey and her guest will prepare the following recipes: Tasmanian Sweet Crab Salad with Sourdough; Wrapped Rocket, Fried Capers and Sorrel Butter; Wood Roasted Petite Poulet with Crecenza-Stuffed Crepes, Royal Trumpet Mushrooms and Vidalia Onion Marmalade, and Sticky Toffee Pudding with Caramel Sauce and Ice Cream.
