LOUISVILLE ? Dominic James scored 11 of his 18 points in a decisive second-half run to lead No. 24 Marquette to a 74-65 victory Monday against Louisville.

The Golden Eagles won their third straight overall and second in a row on the road.

James was 4-of-7 from three-point range, hitting three during a 13-4 run that gave Marquette a 60-46 lead.

Former KU center David Padgett had 18 points and nine rebounds for Louisville, which lost its 12th straight game against a ranked opponent.
