Evelyn Senecal, a senior financial adviser for Ameriprise Financial, Lawrence, has been chosen to serve on a national-input panel reporting to Brian Heath, president of Ameriprise’s U.S. Advisor Group.

Panel members suggest opportunities for improvement, review compliance and test new concepts designed to meet client needs regarding financial planning and investment strategies.

Senecal, a certified financial planner since 1982, has her office in the U.S. Bank tower at 900 Mass.

Heath, as an Ameriprise executive, is responsible for the company’s primary distribution channel: more than 10,500 employee and franchise advisers for Ameriprise and another 1,700 representatives of Securities America.
