Two early interventionists have joined the staff at Tiny-k Early Intervention Inc., Lawrence.

Ashley Baehr, an early childhood special education teacher, comes to Tiny-k with 12 years of experience. The graduate of Kansas State University has a teaching license in early childhood education and early childhood special education, and is a certified infant massage instructor.

Baehr most recently worked for the East Central Kansas Cooperative in Education, Wellsville. She is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

Megan Rierson, a physical therapist, has nine years of experience. The Kansas University graduate received her doctorate in physical therapy from Creighton University, and most recently has worked with school-aged children, ages three and up. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Tiny-k provides support and resources for families and their children, from birth to 3 years old, who have disabilities or developmental delays. Services and support are provided in each child’s natural environment, and come with no cost to the family.
