Stormy conditions Tuesday night resulted in the postponement of Lawrence High’s home baseball and soccer games.

The LHS baseball team was supposed to play Shawnee Mission East at 6 p.m., and the soccer team was supposed to play host to Shawnee Mission North.

The school has tentatively rescheduled both events. The Lions baseball team likely will play a doubleheader Thursday at Ice Field with a game versus Olathe North starting at 4:30 p.m. and a second game versus Shawnee Mission East at 7.

The LHS soccer team likely will play at Shawnee Mission North at 4 p.m. Friday.

Free State’s baseball and girls soccer games also were postponed.
