Home Helpers offers assistance

Lawrence resident Julie Mettenberg is director for the local business, part of the national organization based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Home Helpers provides assistance to seniors who need assistance with tasks such as grooming, preparing meals, shopping for groceries, going to the doctor or attending social events.

Home Helpers also assists expectant and new parents, plus and people living with disabilities. Overnight and around-the-clock care also is available. The company’s caregivers are employees, not contractors, and are bonded, insured and trained to meet each client’s specific needs.
