Thank you to the nice man who graciously gave me a free ticket to the Kansas University women’s soccer game on Sunday. Even though the face value of the ticket was only $6, it meant the world to me!

My daughter’s soccer team came to the game on Sunday. I was not looking forward to paying for myself, my teenage son and my daughter to attend the game. Not big dollars, but since my husband has been out of work for a while, I feel the need to watch every penny. Since the girls on my daughter’s team were the ball girls, they got in free. The youth price for the game was good for children up to 17 years of age. With my free ticket (he would not accept payment), the cost for my family was $3!

Thank you again, nice man, for your generosity. It is very much appreciated!
