Jersey Mike’s Subs is scheduled to open its first Lawrence store Wednesday at 1601 W. 23rd St.

The shop will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, plus 10 a.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays.

Owners Kurt Bossert and his daughter, Jamie, plan to donate a portion of grand opening proceeds to the Lawrence Education Achievement Partners program.

Jersey Mike’s, founded 50 years ago in Point Pleasant, N.J., today has more than 400 shops either open or in development in 25 states.
