Chiefs sign DB Bragg from practice squad

? The Kansas City Chiefs agreed to terms Wednesday with defensive back Michael Bragg, moving him from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Bragg, a 6-foot-1, 183-pound defensive back out of Texas A&M-Kingsville, signed with the Chiefs on Feb. 21 and spent the first four games on the practice squad. He entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with the New York Giants in 2005.

Also Wednesday, the Chiefs signed offensive lineman Pete Lougheed to the practice squad. Lougheed, 6-5, 300 pounds, attended training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals after spending most of 2004 and 2005 on their practice squad.
