Wichita ? A woman’s discrimination lawsuit against BTK killer Dennis Rader was dismissed after a federal judge ruled it was filed too late.

Rader, sentenced to 10 consecutive life terms after pleading guilty in June to killing 10 people, was the compliance officer in suburban Park City when the woman worked for him.

Mary Capps claimed that Rader was a threatening and abusive boss. She also sued Rader’s supervisor, Jack Whitson, saying he did not act on her complaints about Rader.

U.S. District Judge Wesley Brown ruled Monday that Capps filed her lawsuit after the statute of limitations had expired.

Capps claimed in the lawsuit that she told Whitson at least weekly that Rader used “abusive, intimidating language and physical gestures” toward her because of her gender.

The lawsuit said Rader accused her of “being stupid and being on drugs while at work.”

Whitson responded to her concerns by saying, “That was just Dennis; someday he’ll retire,” according to the lawsuit.
