Chicago Board of Trade

Grain and soybean futures advanced Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 1 1/2 cent to $3.41 1/4 a bushel; May corn rose 1/2 cent to $2.22 1/4 a bushel; May oats rose 1 1/4 cent to $1.74 a bushel; May soybeans rose 2 cents to $5.81 1/2 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures declined on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle fell .40 cent to 81.47 cents a pound; April feeder cattle fell .05 cent to $1.0407 a pound; April lean hogs fell .30 cent to 57.45 cents a pound; May pork bellies fell 1.27 cent to 86.40 cents a pound.
