Winter weather leads to event cancellations
The following is a list of cancellations that have been called in to the News Center today because of the winter storm moving through the area. Call 832-6397 to report a cancellation.
¢ The Lawrence Art Guild meeting scheduled for 6:30 tonight at the Lawrence Public Library has been canceled.
¢ The Parkinson’s Support Group monthly meetings scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Presbyterian Church, 2415 Clinton Parkway,is canceled and won’t be rescheduled.
¢ The Kaw Valley Quilters Guild meetings scheduled for 7 p.m. today and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Plymouth Congregational Church, 925 Vt. St., are canceled.
¢ The Lawrence Art Guild meeting scheduled for 6:30 this evening at the Lawrence Public Library has been canceled.
