There’s no need to put out your grass clippings by the street today – city crews won’t be by to pick them up today.

Because of the excess trash from students moving in and out of apartments this week, the regular yard trimmings pick-up for today has been canceled, city officials said.

Grass and leaves, if set out, will be collected with regular household trash this week.

Separate yard trimmings collections will resume on next Monday.
