People interested in applying for spots in the 2006-2007 class of Leadership Lawrence are invited to attend an information meeting from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday in the auditorium at the Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vt.

Application forms are available from the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, 734 Vt., or may be downloaded from the chamber Web site, www.lawrencechamber.com.

The application deadline is 5 p.m. Aug. 3.

Leadership Lawrence seeks participants with a commitment to develop and practice new leadership skills, enthusiasm and willingness to be involved in the community, and a concern for the future of Lawrence and Douglas County.
