The Lawrence Chamber Orchestra hopes to create an atmosphere of old-world charm with its annual “Baroque by Candlelight” concert. The romantic evening, always scheduled near Valentine’s Day, will feature Boccherini’s Cello Concerto in B flat, William Boyce’s First Symphony and the First Suite from Handel’s “Water Music.” A post-concert reception with the musicians and artistic director Steven Elisha will offer a dessert, wine and beverage buffet.
