Soybeans advanced and grain futures declined Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 3 1/4 cents to $5.01 a bushel; March corn fell 1 3/4 cent to $3.90 1/4 a bushel; March oats fell 6 3/4 cents to $2.71 a bushel; January soybeans rose 7 3/4 cents to $6.83 1/2 a bushel.

Beef futures were mixed while pork ended lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell .05 cent to 92.50 cents a pound; January feeder cattle rose .30 cent to 99.60 cents a pound; February lean hogs fell .35 cent to 61.70 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell 1.17 cent to 91.77 cents a pound.
