Kim Jackson has joined the Lawrence office of Landplan Engineering as a project engineer, with responsibilities that include oversight and management of municipal, commercial and residential projects.

Jackson is a registered engineer in Kansas, Missouri and Mississippi. In 2005, she was named Young Engineer of the Year by the western chapter of the Missouri Society and Professional Engineers. She worked previously as a civil engineer and project manager for firms in the Kansas City metro area.

Jackson’s current projects include Meadowlark Addition in Eudora, Prairie Ridge Subdivision in Spring Hill and North Creek Subdivision in Oak Grove, Mo.
