Lawrence attorneys David Brown and Scott Stockwell are scheduled to make presentations during a seminar, “The Eight Greatest Estate Planning Techniques,” which will be Aug. 22 in Overland Park.

Brown, managing partner for The Law Offices of David J. Brown, 1040 N.H., will address estate planning for same-sex and nontraditional couples.

Stockwell, who has his own law office at 1311 Wakarusa Drive, will address advanced planning for the elderly and planning for noncitizen spouses.
