Chicago Board of Trade
Soybean futures advanced Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mixed.
Wheat for September delivery rose 3/4 cent to $3.96 a bushel; September corn remained unchanged at $2.45 a bushel; September oats fell 3 1/2 cents to $1.84 1/2 a bushel; September soybeans rose 1/2 cent to $5.82 a bushel.
Beef futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while pork futures were mixed.
October live cattle rose 1.55 cent to 89.50 cents a pound; September feeder cattle rose 1.25 cent to $1.1525 a pound; October lean hogs rose .85 cent to 61.65 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell 1.10 cent to 91.85 cents a pound.
