Kansas University’s English department is sponsoring a poetry reading by Jeff Worley today at the Kansas Union.

Worley is the recent recipient of Atlanta Review’s 2002 International Poetry Competition. A native Kansan, Worley is the editor of Odyssey Magazine, published by the University of Kentucky. He has published his poetry in numerous periodicals and is the author of “Natural Selections” and “The Other Heart.” He also has published a collection of poems, “A Simple Human Motion.”

The reading will be at 4:30 p.m. in the Malott Room of the Union. A reception and signing will follow.
