Law enforcement report
¢ A 27-year-old Lawrence man has been charged in District Court with forcing a 23-year-old female acquaintance to perform a sexual act on March 6, 2006, in northern Lawrence. He was arrested on a warrant during the weekend and is charged with aggravated criminal sodomy.
¢ Someone threw a rock through a window at Pi Kappa Phi, 1537 Tenn., and caused about $300 in damage. It happened about 4:45 a.m. Saturday, according to a report.
Burglaries and thefts reported
¢ A 25-year-old Kansas University student reported her $400 cell phone, $1,100 video camera, and $1,000 camera stolen between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. Sunday from the 1300 block of Stone Meadows Drive.
¢ A Coca-Cola dispensing machine valued at $2,500 was stolen between March 21 and 22 from Raco car wash, 2828 Iowa.
Injury accidents
¢ Latoria Turner, 18, Lawrence, was taken by ambulance to Lawrence Memorial Hospital on Saturday after a rear-end wreck on Kansas Highway 10. Turner, who was not wearing a seat belt, was riding in a 1993 Pontiac that rear-ended another Pontiac about 3 p.m. on westbound K-10 east of Harper Street, according to a police report.
Tiffany A. Olson, the driver that rear-ended the other vehicle, was cited for inattentive driving, no insurance, and having an illegal tag, according to a report.
