Suresh Ramamurthi, KTEC entrepreneur in residence, will be the guest speaker at the Lawrence Technology Assn. meeting from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 20 at the Hereford House, 4931 W. Sixth St.

Ramamurthi is responsible for creating and executing a capital formation strategy to support technology-based companies in the region, including the development of a regional venture capital fund. He also assists entrepreneurs with commercializing IT and software-related products.

Before joining the Kansas Technology Enterprise Corp., Ramamurthi worked for Google, where he assisted the Internet search engine company with managing the adaptation of Google’s online properties to mobile platforms.
