Baldwin ? Baker University will open the 2006 football season Sept. 2 against Benedictine in Atchison.

The Wildcats will unveil their new artificial surface Sept. 9 against Graceland, co-champion of the Heart of America Conference. Kickoff for Baker’s home opener is 6 p.m.

Other Baker home games are Evangel (Sept. 23), Missouri Valley (Oct. 7), Avila (Oct. 21) and Lindenwood (Nov. 11).
