Commissioners will consider giving approval for a new residential subdivision near Mary’s Lake, between 28th Terrace and 31st Street, and east of Haskell Avenue.

Background

Developers plan to build 39 lots on about 8.5 acres. Some neighbors in the area have expressed concern that the project could have a negative impact on the nearby Prairie Park Nature Center, traffic and wildlife in the area.
