Now that the rousing Late Night in the Phog is memory, Bill Self soon will be turning his attention to a more businesslike, early-morning pep rally.

The Kansas University head men’s basketball coach is lined up to present the final installment of the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce’s “Breakfast of Champions” series.

The event is set for 7:30 a.m. Nov. 8 at the Lawrence Holidome, 200 McDonald Drive.

Self is expected to discuss the Jayhawks’ upcoming season and take questions from chamber members.

The cost is $20 for chamber members who register ahead of time, and $25 for walk-ins on a space-available basis. The deadline for registrations is Nov. 4.
