Jurors deliberated about three hours Monday before convicting a Lawrence man of attempted murder in connection with a shooting last December at the Boardwalk Apartments.

Randy J. Johnson, 20, was found guilty of four counts of attempted second-degree murder following a weeklong trial in District Court. Johnson was charged with firing shots at a group of residents from the parking lot of the complex following a noise dispute on Dec. 21.

He will be sentenced Dec. 1.
