Author Sander Hicks will visit Lawrence on Oct. 27 as part of a national tour in support of his new book, “The Big Wedding: 9/11, The Whistle Blowers and the Cover-up.”

He and folk singer Holley Anderson will speak at 9 p.m. Oct. 27 at Solidarity Revolutionary Center and Radical Library, 1119 Mass.

Hicks is an investigative journalist and independent publisher. He has written the critical biography “Fortunate Son” about President Bush.
