Soybean futures advanced Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower.

Wheat for December delivery fell 2 1/4 cents to $3.45 a bushel; December corn fell 1 cent to $2.04 3/4 a bushel; December oats rose 3 1/2 cents to $1.68 1/4 a bushel; November soybeans rose 1 cent to $5.63 1/2 a bushel.

Pork futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while beef futures declined.

December live cattle fell .40 cent to 91.05 cents a pound; November feeder cattle fell .55 cent to $1.1587 a pound; December lean hogs rose .53 cent to 65.32 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose 1.57 cent to 96.37 cents a pound.
