Sunset Hill School, 901 Schwartz Road, will celebrate its 50th anniversary Thursday with an open house. A few hundred students, parents and alumni are expected to attend.

The open house is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

On Friday, students will gather outside at 12:30 p.m. for the official unveiling of a sixth-grade art project designed to cover a transformer unit in front of the school.
