TERRE HAUTE, IND. ? Kansas University’s men’s cross country squad placed 12th overall Monday at the NCAA Championships, posting 412 points.

Junior Benson Chesang finished 39th in a time of 30:22 and was followed by sophomores Colby Wissel (87th, 30:53) and Paul Hefferon (88th, 30:54), juniors Erik Sloan (155th, 31:28) and Tyler Kelly (161st, 31:30) and seniors Joshy Madathil (166th, 31:32) and Cameron Schwehr (213th, 32:05).
