Robert C. Holsinger, De Soto

Mr. Holsinger died Tuesday, March 29, 2005, at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.

He was born Oct. 4, 1931, in Rosedale, the son of Charles and Minnie Holsinger. He graduated from Prescott High School. He lived in De Soto for the past 42 years.

Mr. Holsinger served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of De Soto Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors include a son, Blaine, De Soto; three daughters, Debbie Baldridge, Shawnee, Donna Hansen and Tammy Holsinger, both of De Soto; six grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the chapel before the services.
