MARSHALL, MO. ? Baker University’s Erin Robinson, a senior from Topeka, scored her 1,000th career point during Baker’s 76-59 victory Monday night against Missouri Valley College.

Robinson scored 10 points, handed out seven assists with no turnovers and grabbed a game-high four rebounds in just 23 minutes against the Vikings. She has 1,003 career points, sixth on Baker’s all-time career scoring list.

The Wildcats jumped out to a 42-22 halftime lead before cruising to victory. Freshman Allie Heinen of DeSoto came off the bench to lead Baker with 12 points by making six of seven field goals. Jessica Pontious, a senior from Enid, Okla., had 10 points and blocked two shots.

Baker is 14-6 overall, 8-2 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
