Leona B. Zachariah

Mclouth ? Services for Leona B. Zachariah, 95, McLouth, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at McLouth United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at McLouth Cemetery.

Miss Zachariah died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2005, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Merriam.

She was born Aug. 3, 1909, near McLouth, the daughter of Michael Martin and Floy Jane Boyd Zachariah. She lived in the home where she was born until she was 90 years old, when she moved to Prairie Village for health reasons. She graduated from McLouth High School in 1929.

Miss Zachariah was a homemaker and worked on her farm. She was a member of McLouth United Methodist Church and Edmonds Ladies Aid Society.

Survivors include a sister, Blanche Marie Garrett, Prairie Village, two nieces and a nephew.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until services Thursday at the church.
