Cooking classes to be offered in Baldwin

Carolyn Lambert, wife of Baker University President Daniel Lambert, will be host this fall to “Cooking with Carolyn,” two cooking and dining classes taught by Tanya Sieber, Baker’s chef and catering coordinator.

The classes will be at the Collins House, the Lamberts’ home at 505 Eighth St. All materials will be provided for the classes.

The classes include instruction and demonstration from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., social hour from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. and dinner from 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

“Beat the Heat: Refreshing Summer Fare” is planned for Sept. 11. “Reap What You Sow: The Best of Autumn” will be Nov. 13.
