Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures retreated Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower.

Wheat for September delivery fell 2 3/4 cents to $3.19 1/2 a bushel; September corn fell 3 1/4 cents to $2.18 3/4 a bushel; September oats rose 1/4 cent to $1.59 1/4 a bushel; September soybeans fell 18 cents to $6.46 1/4 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures decreased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell .07 cent to 80.65 cents a pound; October live cattle fell .07 cent to 80.65 cents a pound; October lean hogs fell .23 cent to 59.22 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell .65 cent to 82.95 cents a pound.
