Workers have started renovation of the men’s and women’s rest rooms on the lower level, north end of Allen Fieldhouse.

The rest rooms will be “brought up to 21st century standards, bigger and more modern,” KU associate AD Jim Marchiony said.

The old urinal trough in the men’s rest room will be replaced by individual urinals. Both rest rooms will double in size. Work is expected to be completed Nov. 1.
