Spirit, Freedom Go 2-1: Kansas Soccer Academy Spirit (U-19 girls) and KSA Freedom (U-17 girls) both compiled 2-1 records in the Governor’s Cup in Topeka, while the Inferno FC (U-14 girls) went 1-1-1.

Rebels Banquet: Kansas Sports Foundation, non-profit sponsor of five Kansas Rebels baseball teams (U-10 through U-14), will conduct its first Rebel Rouser baseball banquet Nov. 9.

U-13 Force Champs: Kaw Valley Force U-13 girls were fall champions of Olathe’s Heartland League. Team members are Ainsley Burke, BryAnn Burke, Hannah Carlson, Lucy Daldorph, Olivia Dykes, Megan Fleming, Rachael Hodison, Nicole Jarrow, Regan Keller, Grace Lang, Annie Libeer, Caroline Mayhew, Clara Payne, Jordan Payne, Kaley Tesdahl and Margaret Thyr.

Courage Captures Title: Kansas Soccer Academy Courage (U-16 girls) won the TRYSA Coca-Cola Cup in Emporia by defeating the Wichita Cholita Strikers, 2-1, in overtime. Kelly Renfro, Madison Bertrand, Jennifer Brooks and Abby Vestal scored goals during the tournament. Other team members are Bry Aiken, Gen Busby, Taylor Case, Kathleen Hermesch, Megan Hrenchir, Erica Hierl, Logan Keasling, Alyson Lunte, Claire Robinson, Kaela Severa, Amanda Vervynck and Hannah Windholz.
