— Led by Jana Correa's 17 kills, Kansas University's volleyball team swept Oklahoma, 30-27, 30-28 and 30-23, Wednesday at McCasland Fieldhouse.

Correa, who suffered a season-ending injury last season in Norman, also led KU with a career-high .640 attack percentage (one error on 25 attempts) and added seven digs.

Ashley Michaels ended game three and the match with her seventh kill of the night.

Paula Caten, who ended the first game with an untouched kill, had 15 kills for a .500 hitting percentage. Josi Lima contributed 13 kills and seven digs, and Jill Dorsey had 15 digs for the Jayhawks (12-7 overall, 3-7 Big 12 Conference).

Andi Rozum had a match-high 50 assists as the Jayhawks hit .333 and had four aces and 12 service errors.

OU fell to 9-9 and 1-9.

"Tonight, we played steady for an entire match," KU coach Ray Bechard said. "Our left-side hitters stepped up tonight and really gave us a boost. Having the weekend off comes at a good time, and this win will give us a little momentum coming into the pivotal second half of Big 12 play."

The Jayhawks will play host at 7 p.m. Wednesday to Iowa State at Horejsi Center.
